Beyond his professional accomplishments, Engr. Santos is a dedicated Rotarian and Past President of the Rotary Club of Atimonan Sunrise. He has held several important leadership positions within Rotary at the district level, including Assistant Governor, Deputy District Governor, International Service Committee Chair, and District Chief of Staff. Through his leadership and vision, he continues to inspire fellow Rotarians in creating lasting impact through service above self.

Deeply involved in civic and community development, Engr. Santos also serves as Adviser to the Tahud Light Bringers Association, Director of the Batangas Organic and Natural Farmers Cooperative, and an active member of the First Nasugbu Organic and Natural Farmers Association. In addition, he proudly serves as a reservist of the Philippine Air Force, reflecting his unwavering commitment to public and national service.
